Sprawling evergreen, clump-forming plant with spiny oval red-tinted leaflets held together by wiry stems. Topped in spring with showy sprays of yellow flowers. Vigorous and floriferous cultivar. Shade to partial shade in any soil. Tolerates dry shade. Deer resistant!
