Save money when you purchase our Culinary and Garden Mint Collection! We have selected 4 of our favorite culinary and garden mints for this collection including: Mentha piperita cv 'Orange Mint', Mentha piperita 'Chocolate Mint', Mentha spicata 'Spearmint' and Mentha piperita 'French Peppermint'. Mints are wonderfully easy to grow and make attractive garden plants that also attract bees and butterflies. Use garden mints for culinary, medicinal or cosmetic uses. Excellent dried or fresh. Mints will readily make themselves at home in full sun to partial shade in moist soil. Most gardeners don't have any trouble growing mints, but they can get away from you if you are not careful. We recommend growing all mints in a contained area or planting them in a large pot in the ground. All mints perform best when they are harvested or cut back at regular intervals. Remove old woody plants to allow newer, younger plants to fill in. At the end of the growing season cut Spearmint plants back to ground level. This mint is grown and shipped in a 3.5" container.
