Mentha 'Ginger Mint' will add spice to your garden! Very attractive yellow-green leaves adorn this hardy mint plant. Ginger Mint is ideal to use in soups, summer salads, mint tea and more. Perfect for stir-fry dishes, Ginger Mint adds a zesty flavor and texture to your culinary dishes. Excellent dried or fresh. Ginger Mint will readily make itself at home in full sun to partial shade in moist soil. Most gardeners don't have any trouble growing it, but it can get away from you if you are not careful. We recommend growing all mints in a contained area or planting them in a large pot in the ground. All mints perform best when they are harvested or cut back at regular intervals. Remove old woody plants to allow newer, younger plants to fill in. This mint is grown and shipped in a 3.5" container.
