Sangre 11 is a high yielding red-skinned, white-fleshed variety and is considered excellent for baking and boiling. Ranks high in taste tests. It has a relatively high level of Vitamin C.  Very attractive and great for fresh farmers market sales. Excellent for potato salads. Stores well.
