USDA Certified Organic Red Express Cabbage Seeds. Red Express Cabbage was bred especially for cold climate gardeners living in Canada or in northern USA. Red Express is an early cabbage variety that produces beautiful dense solid red heads that have excellent flavor and are especially good in salads. CULTURAL NOTES: For early harvest, start organic cabbage seeds indoors 6 weeks before last frost. Also, be sure and direct seed a crop at midsummer for fall harvest. Fall cabbage are especially sweet. Do not grow cabbage in the same location in your garden two years in a row! Cabbage supplies Calcium, Iron, and Vitamins A, B, Niacin and C.
