USDA CERTIFIED ORGANIC HOLLAND RED PICASSO SHALLOTS. Holland Red Picasso Shallots are milder than Dutch Yellow shallots, but keep just as well and the tops are suitable for braiding if desired. use in cooking, in salads or for grilling.

HOW TO GROW SHALLOTS: Shallots are easy to grow and require about 90 days to produce a heavy yield of delicious gourmet shallots. When harvesting, replant some of the bulbs and they'll winter over and produce the next year. PER 1/2 POUND (10-12 BULBS)
