We are a family owned and operated working small farm and do not have dedicated phone staff, but we answer all of our emails personally, often very late at night! During our busy spring and summer growing and shipping season we can usually answer all emails within 24-48 hours. Also, please note that our company, and personal, policy is to answer civil emails sooner than uncivil ones. Like many of our customers, we regret the loss of civility and personal courtesy that the internet age has brought us.
